Dr. Harper has been with Missouri Ozarks Community Health since 2003. She is a Board Certified Doctor of Osteopathy, providing a wide variety of patient care for over 16 years. Dr. Harper is available to see patients in the Mansfield clinic Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.


Ava Clinic Provider Kathy Domiano, CFNP
Kathy has been with Missouri Ozarks Community Health since 2007. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, providing a wide variety of patient care for over 1 year. Previous to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Kathy was an Registered Nurse at St. John's Hopsital, providing care in the trauma center. Kathy is available to see patients in the Ava clinic Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.


Gainesville Clinic Provider Brian Lenihan, PA-C
Brian has been with Missouri Ozarks Community Health since 2006. He is a Nationally Certified Physican Assistant, providing a wide variety of patient care for over 14 years. Brian is available to see patients in the Gainesville clinic Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
