If you currently have insurance coverage through a company that we are not providers for, we will work with your coverage type to enroll as an approved provider.
MOCH offers a "sliding fee program" for any individual. Clients may qualify for this program if income guidelines are met and proof of income is presented. If qualifications are met, service charges will be reduced.
